  • Troika Dialog was founded in 1991 by Peter Derby, an American of Russian origin. Back in 1991 he headed DialogBank – one of the first commercial banks in Russia. Mr. Derby has always been a strong supporter of separation of the commercial bank from the capital markets business. That is why the decision to create Troika Dialog, an independent operator on the stock market, had been made.
