  • International rating agency Standard & Poor's awards the Troika Dialog Group long-term "B+" and short-term "B" credit ratings, as well as an "ruA" rating on the national scale.
  • Troika Dialog buys back 5% of its shares from the final outside shareholder – the Swiss fund Hansa AG belonging to the Opel family – and becomes fully independent.
  • Troika Dialog co-organizes the Russia-Singapore Business Forum, dedicated to investment opportunities in Russia.
  • Global Finance magazine names Troika Dialog Best Bank in Russia for 2005 in three categories: Best Domestic Debt Research, Best Secondary Equities House, Best Derivatives House.
  • Troika Dialog confirms status as undisputed leader of the open-ended mutual fund market: the company's market share rises to 31%. Total assets under management at Troika Dialog Asset Management top a record $2 billion dollars.
