  • Troika Dialog signs an agreement under which Daimler AG acquires a 10 percent stake in the share capital of KAMAZ from Troika Dialog Group.
  • Troika Dialog acts as financial consultant to RAO UES of Russia and TGK-10 for the sale of a controlling stake in TGK-10 to the Fortum energy company.
  • Troika Dialog Asset Management becomes financial consultant to RCNT, the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies, advising the company on a placement of temporary funds.
  • Troika Dialog successfully places bonds from TGK-10, conducting the release under the book building method. Although widely used for Eurobond placements in developed markets, the method is entirely new to Russia.
  • Troika Dialog signs a strategic partnership agreement between AVTOVAZ and Renault, under which Renault acquires 25%+1 shares in the Volga car manufacturer's capital from Troika Dialog Group.
  • In January, 2008, Troika Dialog conducts Moscow’s first international economic forum, the "Russia Forum", where leading Russian and international investors, elite politicians, businesspeople, and renowned experts meet to exchange ideas and discuss the most pressing economic, political, financial, social, and ecological problems in an open-discussion format.
