Internships

The Summer Internship takes place over 5 stages:

1 stage: Acceptance of applications for Troika Dialog’s summer internship program "Troika New Talent" and resume review. Please be informed that the program is conducted in Russian.

2 stage: The second recruitment stage will take place in May and consists of several parts: verbal and numerical aptitude tests, business games and testing the candidate’s level of English proficiency. Once the results are compiled and analyzed, all candidates who successfully passed the second recruitment stage are enrolled in the Summer Class to undergo two-week training.

3 stage: Training in the Summer Class and final test The Summer Class is a preparatory program for incoming specialists ensuring effective work within Troika Dialog. The course includes theoretical training on the securities market, as well as master classes by Troika’s leading specialists.

4 stage: Interview with department employees Those who successfully pass the final test will undergo interviews with employees in departments participating in the internship program.

5 stage: Summer Internship (July 1 – August 31, Moscow, Russia) Once assigned to a department, each intern receives an adviser who administers all necessary workplace training, oversees the intern’s progress, assigns tasks, oversees fulfillment and evaluates the intern’s work. The adviser ensures that the required skills and knowledge are learned as quickly as possible. Upon completion of the internship, the adviser provides a report on the intern. On the basis of this report, overall results and the quality of all completed work, as well as colleagues’ reviews, a decision is made regarding the intern’s future prospects with the company.
