Applying for the Internship – How will I find out whether I was accepted? Those who pass the stage of resume selection will be notified by e-mail. Please check your mail. The selection process is such that answers are sent only to those admitted to the next round. – What are the criteria for selecting resumes? Are there restrictions on who can apply? There are many criteria. Primary among these is being a final-year student at a leading university. Further important criteria of assessment include knowledge of English, a well-written essay and cover letter (if provided). Strong candidates may also have participated in the Olimpiady and won medals there, held internships (in Russia and abroad) and taken additional coursework. Stages of candidate recruitment – Will testing results be a determining factor in assigning interns to divisions? This includes several stages during which we make a comprehensive assessment of our potential interns: online ability testing, on-site events, as well as interviews and professional consultation. |
