What positions have you held at Troika?

I joined the Troika team in October, 2004, when I was still a fifth-year student at the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

I made my initial steps at Troika as an Investment Consultant. I received my first promotion a year and a half later, becoming a Senior Investment Consultant, a position in which I answered for four new sales offices in Moscow. Our team put a lot of work into developing the distribution network and promoting Troika Dialog's products and services.

We took on new workers, whom I trained, just like my senior colleagues trained me at one time. In July 2007, I received another promotion; now I am responsible for developing the Asset Management Company's own network in Moscow and the Moscow Region.

What is your main achievement at Troika?

Launching several successful sales offices in Moscow, and helping to create a professional team of consultants.

What has been difficult during your time at Troika?

The most difficult part was just starting out, adapting to a big work load, and building up an initial client base. Of course, I was helped out at first by the knowledge I acquired at the Finance Academy, but my new duties required me to learn a lot more, pass particular training courses, and participate in information seminars. Fortunately, all of my Troika colleagues were ready to help.

What three keys to success would you recommend to new Troika employees?

Ambition, the desire to study, and dedication.
