What positions have you held at Troika?

After receiving a degree in laser systems engineering, I tried my hand in several areas and several companies. Then in 1997 I heard from some friends at Troika Dialog. I had the burning desire to learn from real professionals and make it into the world of big business. It didn't bother me that the only position I could apply for was as a courier. Like Napoleon said, "The main thing is to get involved. Then we'll see." During my work as a courier, I saw hundreds of offices and met dozens of office managers. Finally, one day I was appointed Office Administrator. I worked with software installation, organizing invitations for foreign employees, and other issues. My work was not in vain; in 2003 I was named Office Manager. In 2005, following reorganization, I became the Head of the Administrative Department.

What is your main achievement at Troika?

I think it is still in the future…

What has been difficult during your time at Troika?

The most difficult thing was to get accustomed to an area in which I had no previous knowledge or experience. Indices, listings, spreads – I had to learn all of this right at my desk.

What three keys to success would you recommend to new employees at Troika?

Initiative, the ability work hard, dedication to one's goals.
