Over the last few years, we have advised both Russian and international clients on a number of high-profile deals, such as the following sales: 42% of OJCS Belon to MMK; 25% of AvtoVAZ to Renault SAS ($1bn plus an earn-out); 69% of OGK-4 to E.ON ($5.9bn.); 76.49% of TGC-10 to Fortum Power & Heat ($3.1bn); 100% of Nidan to Lion Capital LLP; and 96.4% of Investsberbank to Hungary's OTP Bank ($477m), as well as the following mergers: MDM Bank and URSA Bank; West Siberian Resources and NK Alliance ($2.5bn), and acquisitions: 50%+2 shares of Industrial Union of Donbas Corporation; the acquisitions of 35.3% in Taas-Yurakh and 100% in CJSC NK Dulisma by Sberbank; the acquisition of a number of Russian brewing assets by Heineken.
