In 1996, Troika Dialog decided to develop its regional network, believing that the regions are the key to business growth. As of today, in addition to the company's 9 sales offices in Moscow, Troika Dialog operates in 20 Russian cities. The regional network is split among 3 regional centers: North-West – Central Russia, the South – Volga, the Urals – Siberia – the Far East. This is the only regional network of a universal investment bank in Russia. Regardless of the client's location – Moscow, St Petersburg or Voronezh – they will have full access to all of Troika Dialog's products, and are guaranteed top-level service, which meets the global standards.

In addition to the company's own client service network, Troika Dialog has developed a network of agent banks. In August 2008 we signed an Agent's Agreement with the country's largest bank: now it is possible to buy shares in our mutual funds in the branches of Savings Bank of the Russian Federation (Sberbank).

Today, Troika Dialog fund shares are available at more than 600 agent sales points throughout Russia. The Company's agent network includes Citibank, BSGV, Alfa-Bank, Master Bank, KIT Finance Investment Bank, Russian Standard Bank (RSB), UniCredit Bank, Credit Bank of Moscow (CBM), Sberbank, HSBC, Banca Intesa and Barclays Bank.
