Therefore, we offered a new, integrated service model, involving a single go-to person, who is a professional financial consultant. These consultants must possess universal expertise in the whole range of Troika Dialog's investment solutions, and provide the client with service that meets the highest global standards. Since the Russian market did not provide blueprints for this sort of model, the Company decided to search for it at the international level. We studied the distribution networks of leading international banks and came up with a new organizational structure, new client segmentation principles, and new service models building upon the most successful experience. |
