Closed Joint Stock Company Bank Troika Dialog (formerly known as ZAO Standard Bank) was incorporated in 2002 by Standard Bank Group – one of the leading global providers of financial and banking services in the emerging-markets.

In September 2009, as a result of the strategic alliance between Standard Bank Group and Troika Dialog, Troika Dialog obtained a 100% share in ZAO Standard Bank, renamed as CJSC Bank Troika Dialog in August 2010.

As a result of its gradual development, the Bank was licensed by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation in 2004 to take deposits and trade in precious metals, and, in the end of 2007, to conduct operations with individuals’ deposits. Also in 2007, the Bank was included in the register of banks-participants of mandatory deposit insurance system. In June 2003 the Bank joined the self-regulated organization "National Fund Association", in February 2005 – the Association of Russian Banks, and in March 2010 – the ABISS association. The Bank is also a member of the Russian national association S.W.I.F.T.

Today CJSC Bank Troika Dialog provides Russian and foreign clients with services and products in corporate finance, financial markets and investment banking.

The Bank’s charter capital totals 1 174 000 000 rubles.
